Where we deliver

Standard delivery is available to the 50 US states and the District of Columbia. US territories and military addresses are not included. We do not offer international delivery. Alaska and Hawaii are included; the service shown at checkout and its estimate apply to the specific destination.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing is estimated at 1-2 business days. Transit is estimated at 2-4 business days. The estimated total is 3-6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other events can affect delivery.

Tracking and delays

We will share tracking information after dispatch when tracking is available. If we learn that a material delay changes the estimated delivery timing, we will notify you and explain the revised estimate. You may accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If the parcel is already in transit, contact support so we can review available options.
