Retailer and services
Altruana operates this online store as an independent retailer. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Product listings state the item details available to us; Altruana does not claim to manufacture a product or to have an endorsement or affiliation unless the listing expressly states one.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be able to enter a purchase under the laws that apply to you. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use the store lawfully. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or infringe another persons rights.
Product information and availability
Product dimensions, materials, colors, and package contents are provided on the individual listing and can vary by item. Screen settings can affect color appearance. We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and availability current and may correct errors or update a listing when needed. We do not promise that every item will remain available.
Orders, acceptance, and cancellation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a material listing or pricing error is found, or the order cannot be processed. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, we will arrange a prompt refund. For an unshipped cancellation request, contact support promptly; a request may not be possible after shipment.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Checkout shows available payment methods and the total, including applicable taxes and shipping, before submission. Payment authorization, pending holds, and posting times can depend on the bank or payment provider. See Payment Information.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping areas, free Standard shipping, and estimated processing and transit times appear in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, prepaid labels, cancellations, and refund timing appear in the Refund Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store text, graphics, layout, and other content belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied or used in a way that violates those rights. Third-party services and links may have separate terms and privacy practices. Their availability and content are controlled by their providers.
Availability, updates, and liability
We may change or suspend parts of the Services for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent the law allows.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law depends on the transaction and your location. These terms do not select an exclusive court, impose arbitration, or remove mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute remains subject to rights and procedures that cannot be waived under applicable law.
